This Privacy Policy explains what information Max Baginda Trading ("we", "us") collects through this website, our services and our applications (including our Facebook scheduling app), how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact and order details: your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number when you buy a service, request a quotation or contact us.
• Payment records: transaction ID, amount and payment status from our payment gateway. Card and banking details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store them.
• Device IP address, recorded when you access our services.
• Facebook authentication tokens, used to connect to the Facebook Pages you authorize so we can publish the posts you schedule.

02How We Use Information

• To process payments, deliver services and send receipts.
• To contact you about your order, project or support request.
• To operate our scheduling app: authenticating you, connecting to your Pages and publishing content at the times you choose.

We do not sell your personal information.

03Third-Party Services

• Payment gateway: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner under its own privacy policy.
• Facebook Graph API: used to manage and publish posts. Your interaction with Facebook is subject to Facebook's own Privacy Policy.
• Hosting and database providers that store data on our behalf.

04Data Protection and Retention

We apply standard procedural safeguards to protect the data we process. We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as needed to provide our services.
