REFUND
POLICY.

This policy explains when and how refunds are made for purchases from Max Baginda Trading. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

01When You Are Eligible for a Refund

• We cannot deliver. If we are unable to provide a paid service for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund.
• Cancellation before work starts. If you cancel a custom project or service before work begins, you receive a full refund.
• Partially completed work. If a custom project stops for reasons on our side, you are refunded for any paid milestones not yet delivered.
• Duplicate payment. Any extra payment for the same order is refunded in full.
• New subscriptions. If a newly purchased software subscription does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.

02When Refunds Are Not Given

• Services or project milestones that have already been delivered and accepted.
• Subscription periods that have already been used. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Problems caused by incorrect information you provided, or by changes or restrictions made by third-party platforms (for example Facebook) to your accounts or Pages.
• Change of mind after delivery.

03How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the payment date.
2. Include your receipt or invoice number, the email used for the purchase, and the reason for your request.
3. We will review your request and reply with a decision within 3 working days.

04Refund Timeline and Method

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or transferred to your bank account, within 7 to 14 working days.
• If a bank transfer is needed, we will ask for your account holder name, bank name and account number by email or WhatsApp.
• A refund will never exceed the amount you paid for that order.
