By purchasing or using any service or software from Max Baginda Trading, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

01Who We Are

Max Baginda Trading (SSM: 201903003992 (002922418-U)) is a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia, located at Kampung Senin, Layang-Layang Kanan, 32800 Parit, Perak, Malaysia.

02Our Services

Max Baginda Trading ("we", "us") is a system developer. We offer:

• Software subscriptions, such as Postolab (postolab.com), our social media scheduling system.
• Custom software development: web applications, automation and integrations built to order.
• Digital marketing services, including Kaki Klik (kakiklik.com), which has its own policies on its website.

03Prices and Payment

• Prices are shown before you pay, on the product page, in a quotation, or in an invoice.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner (online banking/FPX, cards and e-wallets where available). We do not store your card or banking details.
• An order, subscription or project starts only after payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

04Custom Development Projects

• Scope, price, milestones and timeline are agreed in writing (quotation or invoice) before work begins.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation.
• Ownership of the delivered source code passes to you once the project is paid in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

05Acceptable Use

You may not use our software or services for anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or in breach of the terms of third-party platforms (for example Meta/Facebook). We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these rules.

06Refunds and Delivery

07Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.

08Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
